Small Home Addition

Buffalo, NY | 2013

Plans for a residential addition while interning at CJS Architects

Working from insight gained at client meetings and the project architect's sketches, I produced and edited floor, roof and ceiling plans, interior and exterior elevations, sections, and square footage analysis for the project.

The addition almost doubles the original footprint of the house, adding a dining room, outdoor patio space, bathroom, laundry/mud room and master bedroom. It was both a pleasure and challenge to try create a spacious and modern expansions while respecting the old home's beautiful historic aesthetics.
